Incentive | Conference | Venue | Destination - Etosha
The Etosha National Park, situated on the northern tip of Namibia, is one of the major sanctuaries for wildlife in Africa. The heart of the park is the Etosha Pan an extensive, flat depression of about 5 000 sq km.
This great, white expanse of shimmering mirages has been excellently managed and thus preserved making it one of the greatest and most important game parks on the sub–continent.
Animals in the area include elephant, giraffe, blue wildebeest and black rhino. Among the predators are lion, cheetah, leopard and several species of wild cat. Hyena and jackal are the scavengers. There are various species of antelope ranging from the majestic eland to the shy little Damara dik–dik. Birdlife is prolific and some 340 species have been identified, including Namibia´s national bird, the vividly coloured crimson–breasted shrike.
This area is well suited to small and medium sized groups. Using a combination of lodges it is possible to increase the bed capacity and group meals and activities can take place altogether. However, given the uniqueness of the area, guests get the most out of the area by not being ‘massed’ with loads of vehicles and people. The remoteness of the camps offers guests a true opportunity to unwind and escape from the daily grind.

Namibia is a country of startling contrasts that straddles two great deserts: the Namib is the oldest desert on the planet, and its sea of red sand lies along the Atlantic coastline, and in the eastern interior lies the Kalahari, a vast and sparsely vegetated savannah.
