Registration for CMI 2006 is open. To register as a delegate and to reserve accommodation, please follow the steps below:

General Registration Information

• Access to all CMI Colloquium 2006 Sessions
• Lunches and refreshments on all conference days
• Conference proceedings
• Conference delegate bag and collateral
• Social Programme events on Sunday 12th February and Wednesday 15th February
• Excursion on Tuesday 14th February

PARTNER FEE INCLUDES

• All events on the CMI Colloquium 2006 Partners Programme
• Social Programme events on Sunday 12th February and Wednesday 15th February
• Excursion on Tuesday 14th February

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Credit Card – MasterCard, Visa, American Express
2. Deposit
3. Cheque – Made payable to CMI 2006. Cheque must be in ZAR currency.
4. Bank draft / transfer

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Registration will only be valid once all monies are received
2. All payments to be made payable to CMI 2006
3. All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations 90 days prior to the beginning of the conference will receive a full refund less a 10% administration fee. Cancellation between 90 and 30 days will be refunded 50% of the fees less the administration fees; if registration fees are outstanding the delegate will be liable for 50% of the conference fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations and no shows within 30 days of the start of the conference and the delegate will be liable for the full conference fee.
4. Completed registrations will be acknowledged within 7 days
5. Registrations are transferable to delegates not yet registered only if informed in
   writing

Accomodation

Cape Town has a wide range of accommodation options to suit all tastes and budgets. The CMI Colloquium 2006 Conference Secretariat has selected a range of hotels for delegates to choose from and has negotiated reduced rates.

All the hotels have easy access to the CTICC, and most are within walking distance. For convenience, delegates can book accommodation with their registration (please see the "Accommodation Booking" section on the Registration Form).

It is strongly advised that delegates reserve accommodation early to ensure availability.
If delegates would prefer to book a Budget Hotel, a Bed and Breakfast or a Guesthouse for themselves, the Conference Secretariat can make recommendations on request.
